Doesnt work "can not open page/link invalid"

Sent an email to the developers a couple weeks back still havent got a reply back. When I open the app it requests me to enter my Instagram account info. Once I hit sign in, it goes to Instagram for a second than opens safari and comes up with the can not open page/invalid link. Was hoping I would get a reply back by now but after I wanna say 3 weeks of waiting screw it.
